This masterclass requires a two week commitment from students on 20th & 27th April. 

Step into the world of high-impact storytelling with week 1 and 2 of our Get Up on Stage masterclasses, led by professional fight director and performer Mark Middleton. These two weeks will introduce students to the thrilling art of stage combat, where safety, precision, and performance come together to create convincing onstage conflict.

Participants will explore the fundamentals of unarmed combat techniques, while learning how to execute each move safely and effectively. Through expert guidance, students will develop essential skills such as timing, spatial awareness, partner communication, and physical control; key elements in delivering believable and engaging fight sequences.

Beyond technique, the masterclass emphasises character and storytelling, encouraging students to bring intention and emotion into every movement. Whether you're an aspiring actor or looking to build confidence on stage, this course offers a supportive and energetic environment to challenge yourself and grow as a performer.

No prior experience is required - just a willingness to move, collaborate, and get stuck in!

This booking is for 2 weeks of Get Up on Stage Masterclasses in stage combat, for £25 per week, only. Our Get Up on Stage Masterclasses term runs for 10 weeks, so if you wanted to join us for it's entirety, you can book for just £18 per week here.
